I have always had pouty lips, but my upper lip is way thinner. The above is very swollen lor..

Not Prawns again...

My lips are swollen again!!!


OMG! Just because I had Hor Fun for lunch, 1 bloody prawn!! So not worth it :(


I used to be allergic to prawns, my mouth and tongue would get really itchy. Then the symptoms alleviated, so I could eat prawns in moderation.



I think I'm severely allergic to them again *cries*



Luckily I gave 2 prawns to my colleague.


Thank God for drugs!! I mean, medicine. Heez

I had no one to eat with today :(



One colleague was eating with her hubby, the other with his friend and another eating in.



So I bought 2 sandwiches, one tuna and one ham & cheese and proceeded to sit at my desk and stare at my monitor.

Muffin in a Cup

My lips are much much better!


In the throes of cleaning my wardrobe, not my clothes wardrobe mind you. That would take me 28 days to tidy.


A much needed break, after cleaning for 2 hours, I am only at the second shelf.
Trying to clear more space for my stuff.



Anyways, guess what I made today???

Muffin in a Cup!!!

Ingrediants: Muffin in a Cup mix and 1 egg. That's it!



Step 1: Pour flour mix into a cup



Step 2: Add the egg



Step 3: Stir the egg with the mix. Make sure there are no lumps, flour lumps in muffins do not taste good.



Step 4: Microwave on high for 2-2:30 minutes



Muffin is rising



My cup is too small!! Muffin toppling!



Tada!! Abit lopsided coz my cup was too small. Heez



Tastes not bad, abit eggy for me tho.. I think my egg was too big. Hah

And isn't this adorable!!!

What I love to do.

Finally took out my sketchbook and pencil today.


After months of letting it sit under a huge pile of clothes and stuff, I dusted it off. *Grinz*


Here is a peek at what I like to draw...

Was too lazy to do any shading, and I didn't even complete drawing one of them.
I like my models extremely tall and slim. It's fantasy anyways.
Oh ya, did I mention I like to draw girls only because I get to design the clothes and do their hair and occasionally, makeup.

Aiya, all very amatuerish drawings la. I just like to dress up and make up my creations.
The best thing I like about my drawings, they are 100% original and do not look like any others'.
At least, I have not seen anyone else who draws the same way I do, and I constantly change my models' looks and style. Heh

C'est la Vie, I hate food allergies!!!

Just got back from the doctor's.


I'm on MC, again..... *sighs*


It totally sucks! I do not relish being on MC again, but the doc says I have to say home.


When he looked at the inside of my lips he was like, "tsk, tsk, tsk" He said it's probably due to food allergies, so he prescribed allergy tablets and oralgel. I'm supposed to sat home so that it doesn't get infected/affected by environmental dirt and dust, etc



My lips are itchy and dry now, and I'm not supposed to lick/wet them with my tongue *bleahz*.



I feel so bad that I can't go work again. Sianz...

My lips are still terribly swollen. I look and feel horrible and depressed.


Is it allergies? I don't know, I put wax on my braces last night, but this morning my lips were still extremely swollen!

I think I may be having a allergic reaction to the nickel in my braces, but I'm praying it's not.


The inside of my lips are chafed by my braces and looks like there are alot of mini blisters!! Eeeewwwww...


And my most recent roll came out crap again. Only 19 prints this time.. Haiz..


Wanna quicky finish the Fuji 200 rolls and revert back to Kodak 400. Much better results..

My birthday Weekend *Photolog*

MC again...


Woke up this morning feeling feverish and headachy. My body was aching all over.


So went to see the Doc, he recommended doing a blood test so that he can test my immune system. Did a sugar level test too..


Haiz, keep falling sick nowadays.. Very expensive leiz.. Today's bill came to $64!!


On to happier matters, finally uploaded my pictures..

Smoked Salmon Salad
with mascarpone cheese and Cream of Tomato Soup
served with Garlic Crostini

Our Main Course, Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Rosemary Jus
served with sauteed garden vegetables and potato wedges
Comes with a glass of wine too

Our dessert, Chocolate Brownie
Served with chocolate sauce and strawberry coulis

Too bad we have motion sickness. *chortles*
We had to get off in the middle of our main course because we felt too sick to continue eating on the cable car. *bah*


Dear Oppa, it was a wonderful experience. I loved it and will forever treasure it. Don't beat yourself up over the minor hiccups. *smiles*

Oppa also gave me flowers that day!

He rememebered that I mentioned I like Lilies.
So sweet!




And he gave me a few small gifts, just so I could unwrap some presents.
Coz the sky dining burned a hole in his NSman salary.

I was a wonderful weekend celebration..


Thanks to my friends and family for the birthday wishes and gifts.

On to the next subject:


OCC: Oblique's Cooking Class


Just wanted to share a 'recipe' that's for those lazy people who have nothing much in their cupboards but can't be bothered to go out and buy grocceries.



Recipe 1: Parmesan Omelette Mee Goreng (Instant)

As the name clearly states, the ingredients you will need are,

1 packet of Mee Goreng Instant Noodles
Grated Parmesan Cheese/Parmesan Cheese Flakes
1 egg
Pepper

Step 1: Dump noodles into boiling water

Step 2: Crack an egg into a bowl of Parmesan Cheese flakes/Grated Parmesan cheese*I prefer flakes but I added both*



Step 3: Scramble the egg, mix it well with the cheese and add pepper



Step 4: The noodles should be done at this point.



Remove from heat and drain the water



Step 6: Add the condiments to the drained noodles and mix well.



Step 7: Turn on the heat, push the noodles to on side of the pan and use the oil provided with the noodles to heat the other side



Pour the egg mixture onto the oily side of the pan



I prefer to separate the egg from the noodles first, bit you can do it any way you like



Step 8: When the egg is slightly cooked, mix it well with the noodles and continue to mix and fry for about 3 mins until the egg is slightly crispy looking.

Ready to Serve

This recipe was modified from a friend's. I don't use much oil, so it's a nicer alternative to just plain Mee Goreng.

Now it's like Italian Instant Noodles. Hah
