On a more serious note

ok ok.. i noe, im gettin abit lazy regardin my bloggin.. it's like, thru out e day, ther r so many moments tt i wld wanna blog abt.. but lil' ole mi doesnt have a pda or wateva, so i cant do it on e spot.. so as i proceed to wards e end of my day, wif lotsa lil' moments piling up, i finalli reach hm.. n den... i juz feel so so tired.. n decide to blog e nxt day instead... hehehe.. ya, lazy me..

but actualli nt much has been happenin, besides e debarment bits, n what nots..
well, was juz readin a msg frm a fren, n im so envious!!! she's takin dance classes under Xue gao frm Music Forest!!! n she's in e intermediate, secondary level or sumting.. i juz feel so so envious.. coz i have been wantin to take classes for gdness noes hw long. im sure most of u have heard me whinging abt it at one time or another.. lolx..

so e class she is takin sounds realli great.. guez i had better try to save up sum money quick. b4 my bones get too stiff n i get too fat!!!

another thing is.. e decision of e govt to set up a casino..

ok, im not a gambling person. i understand e thrill in puttin a bet on sumting, n hopin to win.. but i dun understand y ppl wld wanna do it all e time. e.g those uncles at kranji evry few days on race day, football fanatic gamblers, etc..

even durin CNY, i dun relish losin my hard-earned (very tirin to smile e whole day n go here go ther to bai nian u noe) hong bao money on a frivolous bet. yes, winning is great.. but i guess im juz a overly cautious tight-fisted bitch den..

so anyway, when ther started to have rumours of a casino, i was like "WHat!!!" n i started sprewing all e rubbish abt temptation 4 e greedy, n lots of ppl will get into debts, and start borrowin frm loansharks, etc.. but its not all rubbish. i have personally gone thru e hell of a family crisis. i guess, my mama actualli sheltered us alot, but u cn still rem it. i dun wan e next generation of kids gng thru tt n much worse. n a casino will bring exactly tt!

at 1st, they seem to give us a choice. ther were votes n polls n debates. but it was all a bunch of monkey crap. my theory is tt, more n more ppl started protesting n was against e idea. so juz very recently PM Lee went on e record to say tt ther is no choice in this matter at all. no votin, nothin.. it's all decided by what e govt thinks is best. *which is obviously not e ppls' views. so it's shit. 10 bidders oredi. ther never ever was a choice 4 us.

i realli m vehemently against it. coz i cant help but envision all e hard core gamblers flockin to this place, isnt genting near enuff?? n e many households tt may be torn apart when bankruptcy occurs, n e creditors come knockin.. or worse still, loan sharks.

haiz.. but what can one lil' voice do?? nothin nothin.. juz complain abt e unfairness of it all. it's nt tt when it is ready, i wun b curious to see hw it is. if i had e money ($100 4 entry?) i might juz go check it out 4 e fun of it. but tts juz it, to mi it's fun. to many others, it may become a livelihood.
